Frederick Von`S, made from the noble varieties Aragonês, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet, Syrah and Touriga Nacional, this wine has an intense ruby red color. Its aroma is complex, with notes of red fruits, some floral and orange peel nuances involved by subtle smoky notes originated from the aging in wood for a period of about 6 months. The tasting is captivating with a high balance between structure, acidity and alcohol, revealing itself to be enveloping, silky and persistent, with the fresh character of Touriga Nacional. Indicated to accompany dishes of meat in the oven, cheeses and fine charcuterie. This wine was made in compliance with the rules of organic farming, being free from any pesticide or chemical products regularly applied to the vineyard.
