Fermented in stainless steel vats, aged for 3 months in wood. Deep aroma with wild berries, dry vegetable, black plum. In the mouth with ripe tannins, there is a touch of vanilla and smoke. A spicy and long finish, it goes well with traditional meat dishes and stews.
